Which one should a RN who wishes to relocate to UK for work write?

You are to write IELTS UKVI.

However, UKVI is either General or Academic.

Academic is for does intending to Study at BSc, Masters or higher.

That said, for employment purposes, your Employer is to decide which you should write.
