My parents need to renew their visas and they have just a 3 months to miss the 2 years cut off to qualify for IW.

They also sent an email as well.my status was passport ready for collection, it never showed visa issued....or perhaps it showed it the 5 days i didnt check

Good morning, any joy on your Visa status? I just checked now and it's still on 'Application Received", but last updated was 5/14/2022. This is the third time the "Last updated date" has changed. Yet, no change whatsoever on the actual status. Stuck on "Application Received"

I just tracked my application and its same as yours, updated 14th. I think Ozymes was referring to passport tracking on the ustraveldocs page which just tells you where your passport is but not status of application.

Good Afternoon All,

Please, I have been experiencing a challenge accessing my CGI profile to schedule a visa appointment. Whenever I attempt to login, the system tells me “Failed login attempt. Make sure the username and password are correct.”

I have called the customer care agents severally. They said the issue has been escalated to the US Embassy, but no response till this moment. They explained to me that my profile was frozen on May 8, and was expected to be released after 72hrs. Unfortunately, I am still unable to access my profile.

What would you advise pls? Can I go ahead to create a new profile with a new email address and MVR?
