It is unethical for that police woman to enter into a stranger/suspect’s car.

For anyone’s information, a traffic warden does not have the constitutional right to effect an arrest.

However the guy could have handled the matter differently.

A security guard in my area was almost killed by armed robbers in similar case of overzealousness.
