Apl are being issued on daily basis, it depends on ur connections and whom u know. This one is strictly on personal recognition but on official purposes, they have not started. It is called EXPRESS EMPLOYMENT. This one has no time or season

When they will start it will be for directors of that establishment and their political friends/families. Here is where God intervene for sons of ordinary people with connects. It is called REPLACEMENT. This one happens Annually.

Then they have GENERAL RECRUITMENT where they will invite the eligible applicants that applied for an Aptitude Test but only 10% will get the job on merit while 30% goes to politicians & FCC. Then 60% will be traded within the directors & other employees of the organization. This one happens ones in every 3yrs.
