Mental health issue, in your own opinion. It is not classified as such as it does not seem to be exhibited with mental health issue symptoms.

I think its more of a fashion thing, as in something that's fashionable at the moment like men wearing earrings and tatoos and tiktok, though it is here to stay as its ramifications are figured out. Underlying this whole self-identification is an individual's right not to be assumed to be what the observer thinks they see. Then there's the right of the observer to claim to have seen what they saw. It gets absurd when a dirt poor person self-identifies as a multi-millionaire, I'm sure some one would ask them to lift up their skirt so they can look and see for themselves.

Seriously, I hope the humour shows this is not really an issue for me - it's not like some woman is claiming to be an man and wants to fuq buda, though underlying gender identification is identity on the whole, which will be of huge concern sometime in the future, I think, especially where online identities are concerned.
