Plenty of deaths in Anambra today; from Toll Gate to Slaughter, to Odumodu, to Afọ Igwe, to Abatete, to Adazi Nnukwu.
It's really getting out of hand...

The B^stard is based I think in United States.. that's why it's easy for him to support unknown Gunmen without remorse...he doesn't know the Situation of things on ground...

The banned Agboros are the prime suspects in the heightened insecurity in Anambra. Leave Ekpa out of this, politicians from the past administration whose source were cut off are behind it.

Most of agbero that were chased out of Anambra by Soludo are mostly (Enugu)nsukka and Abakaliki people. These people are invaders from outside Anambra.

ANAMBRA STATE GOVERNMENT ON A MOVE TO BUILD RAIL LINE THAT WILL LINK ALL THE 21 LGA

Plans are under way by the Anambra State government to construct a rail line that will connect all the twenty-one Local Government Areas of the State.

The Commissioner for Transport Mrs Patricia Igwebuike, said that the move which will be under Public Private Partnership arrangement is part of the efforts of the Professor Chukwuma Soludo administration to make transportation accessible to the people.

Mrs Igwebuike who said that the present administration has series of innovations that can change the landscape of Anambra State, called on the people to see the development of Anambra State as a collective responsibility.

The Transport Commissioner who announced measures put in place by the Soludo government to improve land and water transportation cautioned Motorists against violating traffic rules and regulations.

Mrs Igwebuke a lawyer used the opportunity to advise Motorists to update their Driver’s license and other particulars to avoid the wrath of traffic officials.

It's not about building high raised control tower or large terminals. I hope the airport can generate enough traffic to offset its cost. If not, it's nothing but a white elephant project, considering the cost of fuel for airliners and the high poverty index of Ebonyians.

As rich as Akwa Ibom is, Godswill Akpabio built a modest terminal for the Victor Attah International Airport back in 2010, to test the aviation prospect of that state. Gov. Emmanuel Udom as of today is building one of Africa's largest and first smart airport terminal in Nigeria as of press time ( speak of finanicial wisdom)

Ebonyi state Government should stop chasing shadows with white elephant projects in order to wash off their inferority complex. Ebonyi state still remains the only ELDS (Educational Less Developed State) in the South East, with Unity School cutoff mark comparable to that of Borno, Katsina and Sokoto. In as much as I admire their governor's positive energy, why not invest these funds in primary and tertiary education, rather than constructing flyovers in junctions which donot even have any vehicular traffic. Onye ka mmadu ka mmadu. If you like make noise from today to tomorrow.

Don't mind the clowns, just Anambra/Obiano hate and inferiority complex. If he likes let him build anything he wants, it still wont be built better than Anambra Airport. Soludo has already budgeted to continue work on the Airport.
Let umahi and Obiano/Anambra haters keep chasing shadows

The statements are actually necessary. Not every "start work" rush is desirable. If it's not well thought out.

Soludo should declare 100 Meters on both sides of the expressway from Awka - to - Onitsha as a special economic zone. I honestly don't see any city in Anambra having a central business district. Unless this approach is implemented. Where they will allow only corporate headquarters of companies, business parks, etc along the stretch of the expressway from Awka to Onitsha. In that way, multi-national companies and indigenous companies can gradually transform that stretch into a true economic corridor easily accessed by a highway.

A similar strategy is used by the small state of Connecticut in the US. That dedicated its highway to New York as a special economic corridor so that companies that are choked by New York traffic can locate themselves in Connecticut - to - New York expressway.

I hear Soludo is planning to build a new govt house at the old govt house site around secretariat. I wonder why he will choose to abandon the proposed 3 arm zone in Agu Awka which is the perfect site for such...
The new govt house which is well in order and his first project will show us his level of taste. He should give us a standard well built Govt house that will mark as his legacy project. Award the project to a reputable construction firm.

A very valid opinion. That axis should be carved out for industrial/corporate HQTS. He should do that fast before our pple will buy up the whole stretch to build big big houses with poor access roads
