Steel warehouse is a better option.

In terms of weight it's lighter than concrete of the same height.

It can be dismantled and reused.

It's easier to construct unlike the reinforced concrete option that involves formwork, reinforcements and casting.

It can span a longer distance without the need for internal support or columns.

However, it is more expensive than the concrete warehouse.
