Hello house. Can a 10 years ban due to misrepresentation be appealed? The ban was due to an agent altering the applicant's statement of account without informing her. The agent actually hid the ban and only told her about rejection for a visit visa. She only got to know about the ban when she applied for study visa after paying her full tuition. If this can be appealed, how will she go about it? Thanks

I have been using the scanned copy of the expired passport for my applications.

Should I continue, as I’m about to book for TB test and my submit the passport for my CAS.

I’m confident my passport will come out in June (will be paying for fast track)

No you don't, just your checklist to tick at TLS.

Make sure you didn't leave anything out when you were uploading them.

Take your checklist, passport and copy of your biodata page.

ensure you didn't miss any documents when you were uploading them, if you did then you'll need that document to be scanned at TLS.

I lost my old passport that will expire october
2022 on February this year but i still have the scanned copy. I had applied for renewal which is taking time

I filled Form-A with the lost passport and i also booked TB test with it. Now my new passport is out.

Is it okay for me to rebook the TB test with the new passport? And hope the Form-A wouldnt encounter any issues?
