Ps: Since Africa is already indebted to IMF, world Bank or Paris club (not considering the debt cancelled during Obasanjo's era) and these African countries are struggling to service these debts, then I think it's a bad idea for China to add more debts. Except China is smart and doing it for a reason. Why lend money to a bad performing borrower? Answer is simple: China is developing and needs all the resources it can get. It has it's eyes on Africa's abundant natural resources/collateral.
