The rates at which workers are now getting sacked at my place of work is alarming. I can't afford to lose my job due to sleeping on duty.

Guys, kindly state things you do to stay awake all through the night.

What does kolanut does to the teeth?

I simply sleep for at least five hours , eat well and sometimes hit the gym when I get home , to feel and be refreshed and also avoid unnecessary knackings. With these I can stay up all night .

1 - Avoid anywhere dark. Make sure the room is well lit up and bright as photons helps re-wire the brain to stay active and focused.

2 - Engage your brain with any activity that provides dopamine. In other words activities that stimulate your brain to want more after you finished a session. Activities such as, gaming, comedy skits and movies.

3 - Take a well rested nap in the day time.
4 - I wouldn't recommend coffee in the long run but it works.
5 - Do not engage in any activity that will easily bore you. Boredom accelerates the need to sleep. (Similar to point 2)

Pick a night hubby you'd like if you virtually don't do anything at night than just staying guard

Coffee would do but overtaking it would take sleep from you when you need it the most.
