There's not much better than you can do. My plan started with this specific version but I changed it to the one below.

Why not rearrange the long toilet, kitchen and wardrobe so your kitchen can be cross ventilated.

Not so sure of your question. There is a guest toilet that can be accessed from the living room. And another toilet/bathroom in the bedroom.
