Good evening people of God, please those that got their visa approved, how long after the interview did you get approval? This wait is getting too long oo
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by hostsleek(m): 11:06pm On May 25, 2022
I wasn't approved... But it usually takes not more than 2 weeks in the past. But right now at the Brazil embassy, they are behaving anyhow.

After three months, I collected my passport minutes ago and the visa wasn't approved.

I think the Consular General isn't around and the deputy rejects virtually most applications.

However, I will advise you wait until you get a mail from them. Else, if you show face na automatic rejection. I felt I should have waited too.

That been said, the embassy hostile gan. Dem dey act like you kill their papa.

If you can wait, please wait.

I didn't get a mail from the embassy that my passport is ready. I was the one that got fed up and requested I needed the passport...then the lady who is the deputy consul replied me...authorising me to come pick it up.

If you still have time left, I will suggest you try Argentina tourist visa. It's also the same as birth in brazil for everything and for the passport too it's a tie with Brazil.

No. But when I was during my research on birth tourism countries, Brazil and Argentina were my two options, but I chose brazil because of the 1 year for naturalisation instead of 2 years with Argentina. It's pretty the same as Brazil. And if you have the residency card, you can use it to travel to Brazil too.

You have to wait for their email, without the email the security will not allow you to enter.

Sorry for the “not approved” just want to ask, have you traveled anywhere before? Or your passport is virgin?

Because I can confidently tell you that a virgin passport chances of getting Brazil visa now is very slim.
Re: Giving Birth In Brazil by Anorueuche97: 12:16pm On May 30, 2022
you wait for their mail to pick up, and also there's no wait time after a visa refusal, if additional information or supporting documentation is available which may further demonstrate ur qualifications for a visa, then u are good to go..

Please can me and my wife be considered for tourist visa of Brazil if he first make a week trip to Dubai to boost travel history particularly because of my wife who had no travel history, I have been to Turkey and Israel on my own part.

Don’t be discouraged bro, since you’ve been to Turkey and Israel, you both can visit Dubai, then apply for Brazil, you’re good to go.

The first question I will ask you is, have they visited other nearby countries before deciding to travel far away South America country over 14hours non-stop flight.

Still not strong enough unless you want to try your luck.. I submitted way more and still go rejected. I would advice you search for a proper travel tour company that is running a tour program in Brazil. use them to build strong reason why you want to travel to brazil.

The embassy are denying people without strong reason now.

Same here,
I've been to Dubai, Senegal, Rwanda, turkey, the Gambia and have a good account statement that runs into 60m+ and yet was denied. I wish they can tell us the reason for denying our application.

If you have travel history and good bank account statements then you got denied, something is wrong in your application. It might be your time of travel, the place you want to visit, your introduction letter is not well prepared because the CG handling application now is not smiling, he will check your account very well, read your letters and check your application again and again before making any decision.

Visiting and Business Applications are moving well so if you are applying for tourist Visa. I will advise you to arrange your docs very well and always give full details for the reason why you are traveling to Brazil just like you guys take Schengen serious (Brazil o kere mo)

You can reapply immediately, after 1 month or anytime after you are denied but find out why you are denied before you reapply cos this will help a lot in the next application (Brazil don’t state the reason for refusal/denial, that’s part of their rules) but you can still find out (if you know you know)

The truth is Applicants without travel history get Brazil visa very well. Just get the right informations and the logic, with luck. Tudo bem!
