Please I need help here. I have been trying to book TB appointment with IOM Lagos and it's been hell online. Even when I saw successful at the end of it but within 1 sec error will popup. I have tried severally and even at night with no success. I send a mail with necessary details and also mentioned the challenges with no acknowledgement/response. I was able to get through to their office via phone call this morning and what they ask was a mail from them with Ticket No and there was no response email from them up until now.

Please what is the best way to get the booking done? Do I need to be there physically? If yes, like what time is best to go there as I am aware of the crowd. I am just having a feeling that this people are kinda monetizing this process because it is not suppose be difficult like this.

I need shared experience please.

Study gap is after 5 years. Submit your BSc & nysc certificate you’re good to go

If for instance on the UKVI visa application you were asked for your course Fees, let’s say for instance ur course fees is 15,100pounds and you were offered a scholarship of 3000 pounds, what should you put in the box asking for your school fees? should one put 15,100 or 12100( removing the scholarship fee from it) Although my CAS was issued before the scholarship, it has now been adjusted but I am still confuse of what to indicate on the UKVI visa application

Is there any evidence of the scholarship? Like a letter or mail or something? Send a mail to your school, your CAS should capture this.

Depending on when you get your visitors visa as a kid. They don't take biometric of children before 3 years for visa or passport, so if you are less than 3 years then you can apply without any issues.

Here’s the back information:

I have previously been given uk tourist visas in the past as a child, my dad applied for the visas. The issue is on the passport the date of birth on it is wrong, my dad made a mistake with a date of birth when getting the passport so he just continued with it and got visas for me with it. I obtained a new passport and changed the date of birth on the passport when I could to my normal date of birth so obviously ukvi has my biometrics attached to the details on that old passport with the wrong date of birth.

What can I do to address this without having any issues with obtaining visa to uk going forward? I have my birth certificate, change of dob affidavit, declaration of age certificate and other documents showing my real date of birth.

it starts the day you give your biometrics. You start having confidence when it says tranfer to uk decision center. When did you give you biometrics?

its not back. Its been suspended. And for now omo e go tey before e come back. Maybe after ukraine war. And from the looks of things they might suspend visit visa, and few others soon for some africa countries because na we dem get mind for pass. They won’t suspend study visa because they make hell of money from it. They are currently with so much work that most people have not even be issued visa

Yes it complicates things from DOB, arrangement of names, missing letters etc but You can't really fault how some parents did things back then. Once the damage is done, they usually tend to stick with it (not sure why). Most parents are now enlightened and understand countries keep a unified system to avoid these kind of complications.

These days we all have eforms/edocuments we keep on some drive or cloud storage which we can always refer to.

Why do you think people are usually allowed to go with a firm and submit after you are done with it? why do you think people allowed to fill online form at their convenience?
the mistakes in DOB or Misspelt of name has several dimensions.

1..If the i was supposed to type letter F on the keyboard but erroneously typed G i could be forgiven because of the proximity of the letters to each other,.

2...If The filled DoB by the Dad is 11-09-2000 and you turned up to say your new DoB is 20-10-1995
My brother how do you justify such?
Most time's these cases are much more complicated,if you go before a document examiners or an interviewer and tell them you can't remember your date of birth they will just be viewing you as a LIAR
