I recently had a similar experience, I applied all these medications you listed above all to no avail until I started soaking a clean rag in a hot water then press it on the injury

It’s a good thing you seek for help and please kindly see a dermatologist, because a non healing ulcer with raised borders and central depression on sun exposed part of the body might be something sinister. Please stop applying anything and see a dermatologist as soon as possible a biopsy might be needed or might advise a treatment.

That's an infection bro.. Go to any IDH around you.. That's not just a wound that's an infection.. And stop applying things you are not sure off so as to not make matters worst.. Get a proper medical treatment..

Get antibiotics from pharmacy

Immunity too can be a cause... Check HIV stats, check sugar stats.... Do FBC... May be an infection somewhere .. my opinion

Stop the medications.
Cut out any part of the wound that may contain any pus then go to aboki and get their powderized herb that you cover the wound with and it should dry up within a week maximum.

I am talking from experience i had a stubborn wound 3 years ago visited chemist for dressing about 5 times went to hospital and doc made me buy #10,000 worth of supplements that i took religious , 3 courses of anti-biotics from chemist did not work either.

It's healing already. You have to give it more time. It's a matter of weeks the opening will close up

Don't let wet stuffs touch it. When bathing, don't let water touch the area too much.

Use dry heat to press it until it dries up. That's how I deal with pimples, open wound or swelling on any part of the body. It's effective, about 3 days, it'll come down. For pimples, if it is "ripe", burst it to remove the yellow pus under the skin first and if it is a wound, clean up the area with cotton wool and mentholated spirit first.

Put a container (pot or kettle) with some water in it on a source of heat until the container becomes hot.

Get a cotton handkerchief or neat rag, fold it, sprinkle little water on it .. just to dampened it. Then compress the folded surface on the heated container till the handkerchief gets hot, then apply the heat to wherever on the body swelling/cut or having fluid discharge... Repeat you you notice pus level has reduced or dried.

Do this morning and night for 3 days you should begin to notice improvement immediately

Someone is asking if you have a swollen lymph node on the neck for a local infection on the leg ?That being said,as basic as vitamin C for tissue regeneration is not there .it is an open would and it looks fresh to me,I suggest u cover it.Get cefpodoximine ( orelox) ,take 1 Every 12 hours for 5 days. Be fast before it leads to serious infection that can lead to something else ,God forbid, go to a good hospital

It can be cured completely. I mean cured completely without leaving a scar. If you are interested, plz message me.

In fact, there are so many people who have been cured of this same ailment.

Stop adding all these chloramphenicol and whatnot to dry your injury! It doesn't stop reinfection! You need to prevent the wound from getting infected because all I can see from closer inspection is that it keeps getting infected! Your wound will take long to heal if it keeps getting infected!

It needs to be cleaned with disinfectant twice daily and also when you think you come in contact with possible germ source.

A moist surface also aids rapid healing, (Google it, u will see that I'm right) so all those powder you are adding to dry the surface will only elongate the healing. Moisten cotton wool in diluted disinfectant and cover the wound, then place plaster over the cotton wool. The whole idea is to keep it moist but not exposed to germs. Remove and change plaster and moist wool as often as possible.

If you cannot do all this by yourself, kindly visit the hospital!
