If you don't want to risk amputation, run to your nearest hospital (not pharmacy or chemist).......

Look for charcoal, grind and apply at the surface. The whole thing will start drying up after three days.

Whatever you do ensure you have your blood sugar level checked. That should be the first step.
Secondly, stop just taking drugs. Go to the lab and do skin swab test. This will help identify the organism involved in case of bacteria infection. The test will also Identify which antibiotic(s) that will most effectively take care of the organism.

Go for Sugar test. In addition, go for Retroviral screening test.

Your test report will give more answer to your problem

Follow this steps and thank me later

1. Buy a disinfectant & Spirit

2. Pour boiled hot water in a container & put a little disinfectant in it.

3. Apply on the surface with a clean towel ( clean the wound with it)

4. After step 3, clean the wound with the spirit again. By this this time, the surface would be clean and open.

5. Apply injection powder. This would make the water come out & dry the would.

6, Do this every 2 days until it gets dey.

Don't put anything there,as it needs air to dry
If u put anything there,the skin will be rotting more

Go for a blood sugar test. But this kind of wounds take long to heal normally.

The wound is in the upper limb and not the lower limb..
There shouldn't be any reason for delayed healing,if all is well..

Don't let wet stuffs touch it. When bathing, don't let water touch the area too much.

Use dry heat to press it until it dries up. That's how I deal with pimples, open wound or swelling on any part of the body. It's effective, about 3 days, it'll come down.

Put a container (pot or kettle) with some water in it on a source of heat until the container becomes hot.

Get a cotton handkerchief or neat rag, fold it, sprinkle little water on it .. just to dampened it. Then compress the folded surface on the heated container till the handkerchief gets hot, then apply the heat to wherever on the body swelling/cut or having fluid discharge... Repeat you you notice pus level has reduced or dried.

Do this morning and night for 3 days you should begin to notice improvement immediately

your sugar level is high... Try engaging in early morning exercise! How to do it... Wake up from sleep, take two full glasses of water (possibly after urination), do a 30mins exercise to sweat out all the water you drank! Then take your bath immediately as you're sweating.
