I have a feeling that this news is deliberately being peddled by APC’s propaganda machine, to further confuse PDP or any political party considering using former President Jonathan as a tool/candidate with 2023 general elections in view.

Looking the other side, i also see his eagerness to go back to Aso Rock as an opportunity to right the wrong of his previous 6 years' rule. H e had admitted the he did treat his region well, so this will offer him great oppotunity.
