Only a test can say if it is HIV. Do not get worked up unnecessarily. It could be as a result of any other thing.

And stop searching the Internet if you are sick. You will only give yourself unnecessary blood pressure.

Persistent oral thrush could be a sign of suppressed immunity. Being a smoker would make you prone to oral thrush.

Definitely best to get yourself test for HIV. I once lived in fear of this until I took the step to have myself tested.

Go for test na. The more you overstress yourself of the thought of having HIV the more you will keep having different kind of scary symptoms. That's your mind/thoughts doing home goal.
