JUMIA customer care said I can't be refunded because Jumia only offers 7days warranty. Rather they will send me an address for repairs.

Now I have a damaged LG home theatre and a defective UPS. Double loss, all because i patronised Jumia Nigeria.

Hope my experience will save someone from making the same mistake.

Don't patronise jumia.They sell fake products.I hardly heard any complain about Konga.

Customer Rating: Very Poor
Order Fulfillment Rating: Very Poor

Beware from them.

Anything less than Good on Customer and Quality Ratings is a NO NO.

But like i said before, everyone should just be careful when dealing with these online vendors.
