A massive difference. You can always take those off and unless you are buying from an unregulated market, they don't have a long term effect on health.
Enskynelson:

But what is the difference between them and those that fix nails, fix eye lashes, fix bum, wear high heels, wear wigs? They all belong to the same category and that means virtually all women have low self esteem.

Love your skin the way it is, moisturize, eat lots of fruits and drink water. Use sunscreen and watch your skin glow.

grin grin

I know one couple like that.

The lady was bleaching...later, the husband started using her bleaching cream.

Bleaching is not a way of correcting sun effect. Good gracious, that is not what goes on their minds. There are a million documentaries on bleaching, there are people we know that bleach. Their reasons are everything we suspect minus sun effect.

Babies don't retain their natural colours even in the abroad. They get darker as they grow older.

What is all that about self-esteem there? What is the difference between one bleaching and someone fixing nails, wearing wigs, fixing eyes, wearing high heels? How many ladies have self esteem in the world today since all of them seem to lack self esteem?

Do i even remember the last time I rubbed pomade let alone of bleaching. Once I take my bath with a good soap that can kill all sorts of germs, then rub my head hair with a nice sporting waves, that is enough of a fine guy to me. My emphasis is on the quality of soap I use to bathe, if I use anyhow soap to bathe, my body will itch me to the core, i can't even imagine the experience.

The difference I mean is, are they not all signs of low self esteem? The only reason I will ever take for someone not to bleach is if it will affect your health. Every other reason seems weak as most people are guilty.

Lol, ah. This guy you go kill me with laugh. Seriously the rate at which some guys bleach these days is alarming and has reached the extent of declaring a state of emergency on them. Me I'm naturally light skinned from birth, I and my twin. One thing with fairness is that whether is natural or not Naija sun go hit you dark and people who knew you from time will start asking u if all is well with you. But when sun hit bleached people they're in a total mess, So some naturally fair guys are pushed into buying creams upon creams to counter sun heat thereby spoiling their complexion. But then if you're naturally light skinned all you need do is ensure regular 3 times bathing especially when sun hit you because the sweat on your skins comes out and the dirty gradually replaces your true color making you dark, but just bath regularly you don't need to stress your skin with creams, I only rub baby oil once in a while during harmattan period to avoid my skin whitening. But some guys want use bleaching kill themselves, even though they throw away that bleaching cream their skin is already ruined. If you want to know the difference between natural fair guys n bleached guys you can never find greenish veins in them or colour riot face, bleached guys toes has different colours, Lol. OP This your thread go kill me with laugh, sometimes even those of us who don't bleach get called some stupid names like "Oyibo, Oyile, Oyis Yellow etc" even though you are a little light skinned and the names re annoying. well I'm naturally fair and not so fair anymore because of Naija sun n nature of my work no fit make me touch cream make my birds or fishes nor spray me sawdust or greenish water but if you see me you know I am having my natural neat colour. Say No to bleaching guys but bleaching girls are worse, those ones greenish color and stretch marks want kill them.

That is not the only reason for bleaching but it is a very good reason to stay off bleaching

As a man, unless you are naturally fair, chocolate or dark skin is the best for you.it makes you look more like a man.

Now, bleaching will not only reduced your self worth,it goes as far as exposing your skin to all kinds of skin infection.
