Locate a NIMC office or registration centre and drop it with them.
You can make use of google search to locate one that is close to you.

Not sure that will be right course.
When an ID card is lost, the right course to take is to take it to the outfit that issued the ID card.
At the back of most ID card, you will see that instruction on where to return an ID card when lost.
Some will say you should return to the nearest police station.
I would not advise you to take that route.
It can get complicated for you.
Just drop it off at the nearest NIMC office.
