OP, I am afraid David Jeremiah lied to you. Jesus Christ never promised those before Him a paradise nor a third heaven, this since those before His death were not promised the Kingdom of God to begin with.

According to Jesus Christ, when anyone who is born-again - the only way to qualify for the Kingdom of God - sleep in their graves awaiting Jesus Christ's eventual return - John 5 vs 19 - 29 . When He returns, He will then judge everyone of them according to their works and other after will either Heaven or Hell be open to admission - Matthew 25 vs 31- 46.

Jesus Christ never taught of Paradise to His followers nor did He make exceptions as far as entry into the Kingdom of God is concerned, meaning those who are not born-again can't attempt God's Kingdom nor the blessings of Jesus Christ .

What the Bible says!

Mankind's permanent destination is planet earth this is where God created for fleshy bodies to live {Psalms 115:16} so all servants of God had a hope of standing up again (resurrection) when God is finally done with evildoers {Job 14:13-15 compare to Psalms 16:10} so be rest assured that there is going to be a resurrection of the dead! John 5:28-29 compare to Act 24:15


If this is what God's word teaches then why do most people think of going to heaven (a place not designed for flesh)?
God planned to restore sanity on planet earth through a theocratic government to be headed by the most righteous king of all times {Isaiah 9:6-7} the central unit of control for this government supposed to be Jerusalem and the Israelites (descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob) were to be co-rulers with this king! Isaiah 2:2-3; Micah 4:1-2
This promised King will not inherit Adamic sin so he mustn't be from the bloodline of Adam but since his earthly mission is to help mankind he must be a human by nature. Luke 1:35
The Israelites has been waiting to receive this promised King right from the time of Moses when God promised the King will come from their nation! Deuteronomy 18:18-19
But due to selfish cravings they lost hope in the mission of this righteous king so by the time he arrived in their midst they have killed many of the prophets teaching to put faith in God's Kingdom, so when their promised King arrived he broke a sad news for them that their nation has lost the privilege due to their faithlessness! Matthew 21:43; 23:37-38
His disciples were terrified with this news so they keep asking him what will become of them after all they are Israelites and faithful to the course {Matthew 19:27} Jesus promised them that they will be counted worthy of the price if they maintain their faith to the end {Matthew 19:28} but then the capital city of the Kingdom will no longer be on planet earth, rather it will be in heaven where Jesus himself came from! John 14:1-4

So contrary to the misconception of many religionists only a limited number {Revelations 14:1} among Jesus' disciples will join him in heaven to rule over the earth where countless subject will be! Revelations 14:6

You read the word "rapture" in the topic, yet you still thought it philosophical?

One of the problems we faced in the Nigerian Church was lack of inadequate True TEACHERS of the Bible. Maybe because idolatry, illitracy, and poverty was high, so most of the Men of God that walked on our land were more of warfare, deliverance,miracles, crusades etc. They didn't really have the time to teach core Christian doctrines. Many Christians here are not aware of the Abraham's bosom in sheol(where the saints before Jesus were based) Luke 16:19-31, Jesus' victory over death and grave, topics like Sanctification, Justification, Resurrection, even ordinary Baptism are foreign and strange to many people here. Many of us have not been taught what really did Jesus do in the grave for 3days? Many don't even understand why Jesus even died, the implications and why he is called the Firstfruit of the dead and how the designation affects us.

Concerning the death and Resurrection of Jesus, the Bible says, in Matt 51 - 53;

At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people.

Concerning the topic, the man is 100% correct. I don't know him, but I will search for more of his teachings. I had no idea wonderful teachers like this still exists in America. The only accurate teacher I know of in topics like this is Apostle Arome Osayi.

He is perfectly correct. The moment a believer dies, his spirit who is the real person goes to be with Christ. And it will be reunited with his body on the day of rapture.

This is why Apostle Paul said;

Philippians 1:23 For I am in a strait betwixt two, having a desire to DEPART, AND TO BE WITH CHRIST; which is far better:

Paul says that if he departs, he will be with Christ. He is referring to his spirit. And that is the real person.

This is why he wrote concerning the rapture that;

1st Thessalonians 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus WILL GOD BRING WITH HIM.

When Jesus descends from heaven to take his people home, the verse above says that those who sleep in him will come with him. How will they come with Jesus if they were not with him?

Even when the writer of Hebrews was describing the general assembly of believers, he included the spirit of the righteous who are in heaven.

Hebrews 12:22-23
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,

23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the SPIRITS OF JUST MEN MADE PERFECT.

Make sense please in Jesus name. You don't care about other words but you care about "rapture", what an hypocrite. The meaning of rapture, Bible and what you call sinful acts are all found in the Bible even when the English words are not there in your versions. Dead man killed by the letter and Jwickedness.
