ACTIVE SHOOTER AT ST FRANCIS — shooter is down, please avoid the area.

PLEASE AVOID ST FRANCIS AT 61ST AND YALE — ALL ROADS ARE CLOSED.

Earlier this afternoon, we responded to a call about a man armed with a rifle at the Natalie Building at St. Francis Hospital. This turned into an active shooter situation.

At this point, we can confirm the shooter is down at this time. Officers are currently going through every room in the building checking for additional threats. We know there are multiple injuries, and potentially multiple casualties.

REUNIFICATION SITE: We’re asking family members/friends to go to Memorial High School west of LaFortune Park for a reunification site.

Tulsa police Capt. Richard Meulenberg said multiple people were wounded and that “some unfortunately were killed.” He sais it was a “catastrophic scene.”

During Obama term, USA was rated behind Brazil as those countries not in war but with highest number of gun violence.
An average of 38K USA citizens dead of gun violence every year.
17K people have been shot alone this year either by police or civilians or Suicide in the USA.

Even 2020 and 2021 has more people be killed in USA than Syria and Iraq

Like i said in the last mass shooting thread. It is going to get worse, there was 2 mass shootings yesterday in Virginia. If you are a Nigerian living in America, avoid large gatherings and be wary when you go to the grocery stores. I was suppose to attend a concert with friends this weekend. Everyone cancelled! Nobody wan turn to stats.

Time to start looking to migrate to Europe.
