Wow! Just wow!

This coming from an Afonja? You must be really pained. I understand but take heart.

You shouldn't have expected anything less from your people who betray others and even themselves. Shey Tinubu and his urchins were busy calling Osinbanjo, Fayemi and Amosun betrayers abi? It's in Yoruba blood so nothing new.

Umahi should have stepped down for Tinubu, that would have made nairalanders happy. After all it's SW turn.

Igbos why?

You defected from PDP because you felt the party wouldn’t zone to southeast. Now you are stepping down for a northerner.

Said it that Lawan was Buhari’s Candidate, the bigot is too predictable

How anyone thought Buhari the ethnic jingoist and terrorist will just hand over power to the South beats me.

Expect more to step down for Lawan.

That’s what I posted just 2 days ago and got so much stick from politically naive folks

I am glad to see all these southern politicians who are nothing but useful idiots for their Fulani masters being disgraced. This is just the beginning. Your Fulani masters would use and discard all of you SLAVES.

APC Igbo politicians mean business with this their North East support.

South West did same and gave Nigeria a buhari, seems "it is their turn" in the voice of Tinubu

Honestly Igbos need to get schooled in National politics. My honest opinion. Same mistake done during Jonathan’s era is repeated here.

Funny you with your hypocritical analysis.

Praytell, who betrayed the South in 2015? The Yorubas

Who were the staunch supporters and paid dearly for their stance? The Igbos.

Whose son was running for Presidency in 2015? The SS.

The Igbos keep their words and don't betray. Yet we were taunted and told to make concessions and build bridges. We don begin and una don turnaround to yarn dust.

The drama is just beginning.

The Yorubas are the biggest betrayal of all .. am neither of any tribe but I have watched how the Yorubas play politics...

I guess its old the same I scratch your back you scratch my back ..

Nothing like Igbo betray anything... It's just purely business.... Northerners got the game on point till the Yorubas knock out that crap from their head that they are the only significant part to all mainstream politics...

North are soo on point in this political game.... Shame on Yoruba politicians

Thank you my brother. The Judas of South was actively hoping for Wike to emerge as the PDP presidential candidate so that APC will field a SW candidate to neutralize him.
Unfortunately for the betrayals, Atiku emerged the PDP candidate. That was the genesis of the chaos.
They betrayed GEJ in 2015 but suddenly become southern unity beggars now grin.
No. We are not dullards.
The only southern unity we need right now is when it is channeled towards making a South Eastern politician president.
Anything other than that, we throw our full support to the North.
No be only one person sabi betray grin cheesy

Exactly. The SW wants to twist history but we will always remind them. Make the druggie or the lying pastor come be president na

The Igbos are indeed, the destabilising factor in Nigeria.
They always make a wrong move. When they were supposed to sew in APC, they opted for pdp with the hope of getting a support from Atiku Abubacorruption's party.
Now the same mistake is repeating itself.
A wrong move by the Ibos elders to endorsed Ahmed Lawal, when all the APC corrupt politicians from the North are stepping down for a Southern candidates.
The ibos are just bereaved of ideas.
No leadership, no focus, If Ibos cannot get it, then noone should get it.
The same approach of Nnamidi Azikwe, Ekweme, Nwobodo, Kalu etc
Let us see the lesson history is going to teach this people once again.

Stop peddling lies little boy. When you people did it in 2015, it was called sophistication and building bridges. The Igbos are doing it now and you're terming it "a destabilising factor".

It's SE or North continues

Ibos will always run behind Fulani thanks to their defeatist mentality. Seeking Yoruba downfall is their expertise. What stopped Umahi from endorsing one of his fellow Ibos? He already accepted they can't win so they should qeue behind another northerner in expectation of been made VP.

Those of you using the word "coward" for south east presidential aspirants are ignorant. The right word is "Dumb".

There is a vow to keep out an Igbo man from the seat of power after the 1967 Biafra war; it doesn't matter if they later chorused the one Nigeria project or fraternize with the North(ask Rochas).

That vow; a task that must be kept by stake holders of the company called Royal Niger (NijA).

Atiku and now Lawan, the odds favouring Peter Obi. History beckons...
Obi will step down for atiku before the general election.
Umahi had proved the worth of an Igbo presidency by stepping for lawan.
Obi will surely collapse his ticket from labour party under his boss atiku too.
Igbo is destined to rule Nigeria just once and azikiwe had used up the only slot.

They already know Nija isn't for them but are just hanging around for the national cake, so what's the point endorsing their fellow south easterner?
