As horse trading intensifies, what's obvious is that the north already has their candidate and the way they work, they won't be looking at party to ensure that Mr Atiku clinches the presidency. They're focus at the moment is Fulani continuity and only a dumb southern wouldn't know that.

Now I can bet that any southern consensus candidate for APC is is diversionary tactic to deceive the south and go for the prize through Atiku. More so, they're aware of a brewing tsunami that will sweep away APC and PDP if both parties go for northern candidates. Moreover, two northern candidates will dilute the efficacy of the plot.

What's interesting in all these is the movement, the tsunami that is the choice of reasonable Nigerians. That movement is Peter Obi presidency. Have you got your PVC? If you haven't, you're on the sidelines.
