It is now between Tinubu and Osinbaba |

I think Atiku is really not destined to rule Nigeria. Because with the entire northern governors and critical northern stakeholders in APC, agreeing to zone the presidency to the south, they are going to campaign with that to their people and influence their votes to a great extent. Now, if at the end, Osinbajo gets the ticket, like it’s looking like, then that’s the entire Southwest votes and considerable votes from other southern regions too since Osinbajo is an inspiring candidate. PDP swam against the tide. And what seemed to be a strategic masterstroke about a week ago, now looks like a grave mistake. Take it from me that Atiku will not be president especially if Osinbajo gets the ticket. |

IamWonderful:Two SW candidates going for the ticket is unlikely, it's between Tinubu/Osibanjo vs Amaechi/and someone probably from the SE |
| Re: APC Presidential Aspirants’ Fails To Produce Consensus Candidate After Meeting by IamWonderful: 5:32am On Jun 05, 2022 |
NwaIdeato:Was Amaechi ACN member? or you haven't heard the latest guess |
| Re: APC Presidential Aspirants’ Fails To Produce Consensus Candidate After Meeting by NwaIdeato: 5:36am On Jun 05, 2022 |
IamWonderful:Ogbeni the transcripts from the APC meeting is public and Buhari never said anything about the candidate being part of the ACN old merger, he only stated the ticket is going South. |

The problem with people is that they focus on their sentiment, instead of the bigger picture. It's all happening again. They did same thing to get Buhari to office, now they are at it again. Is it that this is a new generation of Nairalanders or the old ones never actually grew?? How can you continue being a bigot and irrational hater for decades?? Yes, you people from the waste need to grow up!!! |

But this thing is clear as day. For equity and justice, give it to the SE. I wonder why we clamour for justice, but when it's clear on what's just and fair, we start looking for excuses and loopholes. Ordinarily, if nigeria was working, no one would be interested in who becomes the president, but since y'all have left power solely to the center and enjoyment solely in Abuja, you're now afraid to give it to the SE. And one old man is there saying it's the turn of the yorubas, someone that claims he has a conscience, also saying that Buhari and APC should repay him with Presidency. You know you can't do this job, the man you sold to us in 2015, whom you're his party leader could not. Yet you're hell bent on going there, to do what exactly. Just to be known as President. So Nigeria is a "chop I chop" reward system. When the youth clamoured for endsarz protest, tinubu, osibanjo and co where implicated and complicit in certain events around that period. Now their supporters are behaving like they have amnesia, suffering and smiling. Let me just remind us, when you go to buy food stuffs at exorbitant prices, the market seller doesn't ask where you're from. When security men, robbers attack you, they don't consider where you're from. When insecurity or kidnappers meets you or your loved ones, they don't first ask you where you're from. Hunger, insecurity doesn't know tribe. Let's stop this tribal sentiments, and reason for the general good 2023. In the spirit of fairness and justice, and a working system for all........what goes around comes around |

Penguin2:This is what most people don't know. Candidates ride on the power of their party to win elections. Yaradua and Jonathan were unknown entities until their party endorsed them. Osibanjo is actually a likeable person across the country, including the North. |

Nawa o, there's vawulence in the land. I just pray APC can produce their candidate and the forthcoming election can hold in peace. This party is just an empty barrel making the loudest noise! |

Peter Gregory obi, my choice and he is the best candidate to restore Nigeria for good. Let bury tribalism, let forget about party or where he comes from and vote for the right candidate. |

anochuko01:GEJ only won in 2011 because the three southern regions agreed to work together for the first time in Nigeria's history. Osibanjo or Tinubu if at all they pick up the APC ticket will have to make do with the SW region alone |
