Book a date close to the time you intend to submit your application. At times, getting a date might take a month, hence, it's wise to book in advance if you care to submit it with your application.

For example, If I know I would submit my application on July 5 and I wished to submit my upfront medical examination with my visa application, I would fix an appointment around June 29. Panel Clinics do send medical exam result to IRCC within 3-10 working days.

You don't also want to do medical exam upfront without getting to use it on time because it is valid for just a year.

Ok thank you sir. First what does a panel clinic mean and secondly is it possible for someone who planned on a September intake program and who will just be starting processing next month. Can one still make it with the intake timing and all these medical stuff.

Panel Clinics are clinics authorised by IRCC to carry out medical examination.

I cannot say it's too late to target September intake because I have seen people who got visa decisions in less than 1 month: you could be one of them. My advice is apply as soon as possible. You can still make it; but if at all you are not able to make it, your visa application will still be ongoing while you defer your admission to the next intake which is January. Whichever way it results to, it's a win-win.

Hello boss. On the website it’s asking for family member number. Does it mean how many number of family members am I traveling with or just the number in my family.

Please regarding Form A, does CBN or the processing bank deduct service charges or whatever from the applicant's account before deducting the main school fees amount? Because my mum got some small small debit alerts this evening and it was written "CBN" along side my Form A number.

My Form A was approved by my processing bank 2 days ago and today we started seeing the deductions. Please has anybody experienced this with Form A?

Right now, FORM A should cost you about N1,684,000 in total for $4000 nothing more nothing less.

Breakdown
$1 is @419 = N1,676,000
CBN charges = N5000
Bank charges = N3000 (well, most banks)

Good evening, please when calculating proof of funds for a 2years program of a family of five, will the funds for the spouse and kids be multiplied by 2 or just the tuition and living expenses for the main applicant?

Its PPR guys! God is indeed faithful.

Family application. Study visa for kids and SOWP for spouse. I used the GCkey Portal.

Here is my timeline:

Submission: May 4, 2022
Upfront Medical for all: May 10, 2022
Biometric done and Updated: May 13, 2022
Medical Passed for all: May 19, 2022
Eligibility Review: June 9, 2022
BVL/PPR: June 9, 2022

This is to encourage those who want to go for family application that it is doable. Details of documents submitted will be posted soon. I got worried at some point because I did not include Police Clearance Certificate. But we got the approval without it.

I gathered all the information I used for my application from this platform. God bless you guys! The commitment to the success of others on this platform is amazing.

Congratulations

Hello Nairalanders! please I need your help. I got my visa in October last year and immediately applied for my kids. Since then, no response. I traveled ahead and left my kids behind because school was resuming in April but it was the hardest period of my life.
I spoke with my program coordinators and they allowed me come back home since my courses were virtual.

This is my dilemma: After doing the Canadian life for a few weeks I’ve seen how difficult it’ll be for me to combine school and 2 toddlers (2&4 year olds) without my husband (he’s staying back) and I think I should wait for both of them to be of school age first. Even if I want to come with them, I’ll have to reapply and with all these IRCC long waiting times, the visa may not come in time for me to go with them in September. If I abandon this study visa (it expires in Feb 2023), will I have issues getting a new one when I’m ready (maybe in 2 years)? What would you guys honestly advice?

Women travelling with their kids for study without the husband. How have you all been coping? Hmmm!

Hi sir. Please for someone staying in ilorin and processing visa. How many times at most would he be required to travel to Lagos during the visa process. Just planning the rough estimate ahead. Thank you
