Yoruba leaders are known to bark and hide. Colonial masters call westerners cowards and Fulani uneducated but valiant people.[/oquote]

So unfortunate that your hatred for Yorubas will not help you to reason well. Your false narrative that Yorubas are coward is baseless and incorrect. Go for fact finding, you will discover that yorubas are always at forefront fighting against bad governance, polices, etc. through protests, journalism, demonstration etc. It was the fight of Yoruba's through Nadeco that gave them presidency in 1999 when they compulsorily zone it south West.

I always knew it had something to do with anti open grazing. Akeredolu has so vocal, it couldn't have gone any other way. To confirm my suspicion, look at how fast Buhari was quick to pronounce "eternal sorrow" on the perpetrators. If it was an attack on Fulanis or Hausa's in one eastern State, will he have said that even with just a quarter of Owo massacre casualty?

The Owo church massacre was indeed perpetrated as a vindictive revenge mission against the state governor, planned and executed by those seeking to further the crop destruction and farmland theft agenda nursed by Fulani cattle herdsmen currently roaming the nation's southern states with plunder and bloodshed in mind. The Fulani cattle cartel is clearly enraged over the courageous proclamations being made by the Ondo State governor that such a criminal land-grab is NOT going to fly in Ondo State.

In short, those churchgoers were murdered in order to intimidate the state governor and the people of Ondo State, in the hopes of forcing them to stand by helplessly while their primary sources of income and food, their farms, are STOLEN by greedy invading criminals herding their diseased cattle all over the Nigerian heartland's southern agricultural bread basket, to devour food crops with impunity.

They already started in d southeast, now, they want to infiltrate the peaceful southwest....let's love each other n fight a common known enemy. Get your PVC n vote off these old people.

embarassed Dear Soyinka,

Don't forget that Yoruba and Fulani are one, the history of Ilorin is a clear evidence of that.

Who told you that history? That history is a ruse or ploy. We can never be one. When the time comes, we will drive all those terrorists out of Illorin along with any organization, Obas and any group of people that's associated with them.

Go and read more about the Yorubas. In an event of war, never doubt our sagacity. If not for our elders that keeps calming us down, we are ready to make Nigeria an ungovernable state.

Don't let me say more than this.

I tried to find an answer to that question and I discovered the answer is religion, Islam to be specific. Once they accepted that religion their lives would never be the same.

Of course, I understand Christianity is there too but we all know Christianity is at least manageable in terms of using it for terrorism.

Yet, when I think about it (if not for the evil grip of colonialism) a Yoruba person isn't supposed to accept any foreign religion because Yoruba ancestors created an equal religious system as any other in the world. In fact, the only institutionalized indigenous African religion that survived is Voodoo, which happens to be a sister religion as Yorubas.

But the NATURALIZED Fulani is now the flag bearer of APC, if he wins, the case is closed for the Yorubas. If his health dispositions are taken into cognizance, the real Fulani would finish his first and second terms.

@Fahdiga,you're routinely spewing out this rubbish! Who told you the Yoruba are friends with the Fulanis? It's the forced union that has put all of us together into a kind of holding pen.

You're your saying or trying to say is a lame attempt to be gleeful about the grieve of a group of people.

Every tribe in Nigeria is under siege. Yoruba people don't regard Fulanis or Northerners in general as friends. It is the politicians among them who connive with politicians from all over Nigeria to betray their people. And that is what happens in the East, SS or any other place.
