You are right though. You know every country has different legal system, and we all have a numerous legal framework, how the citizens react and respond to law. I will say Nigeria is still coming up in the scheme of things. It wasn't like this before. The reason for the non-speedy of justice can be blamed on the system. The police are just not being funded adequately...

The looters who call themselves leaders are the one reaping the benefits from the faults of the system which is meant to keep the masses in penury. The shameful thing is that most of these masses are still in support of their oppressors as presidential candidates, oppressors that have milk the country dry and stolen their future.
