Oga the only job INEC was created for is to issue voters card and supervise election. That is the reason they are paid. As long as its not yet election, the cards of the people are meant to be given to them. This is reason why they are employed.

Go & listen/watch interviews conducted for some inec staffs where they confessed that truly they are short staffed

I leaned from a friend working in inec Lagos state, that there is an agenda among the people of a particular tribe in Nigeria to massively troop into lagos and register for PVC inorder to alter and determine election outcome in Lagos state

The only language the Nigeria Sate knows is always to intimidate it's citizens at every given opportunity. So sad a country!

It is the responsibility of INEC to get people registered and have their cards delivered. That's the reason they're being paid.

MTN and GTBank's contract workers don't earn as much as INEC staff, yet they go all out to onboard new customers.
