Unless it is specifically "fitted for but not with" one would need to spend nearly 70% of the total cost to convert an unarmed vessel to one with missiles and other weapon systems.... My calculations are based on the fact that the combat management system alone equals 70% of the cost of any Frigate, Destroyer, Corvette

What other sources? I literally have the Nigerian budget!! that supersedes any other non governmental source.

A) The parliament budget,
B) the Executive funds
Until the year ends, one can't really tell how much the county will spend on defense, it is from this extra budgeting that Nigeria's defence budget dwarfs S.A's...
There is no proof anywhere that S.A defences forces get extra allocation outside the regular budgeting....

So he withdrew $462 million....which even if every penny went to your defence force would still be less than SAs budget.

Obviously you've never heard of the SDA(Special defence account) which had a budget of nearly $1 billion in 2020.

One of the most advanced mine detection systems anywhere in the world... The US has nearly 2000 in service... The SA army also received new Husky 2G vmmds in 2016 to compliment its husky mk111 fleet.

Well firstly Nigeria doesn't spend more than SA on Defence as I've proved and 2 these systems im posting are unrelated to that debate
