Parents disowning their queer kids and society telling them they are an abomination leads to mental health decline,you don't and will never understand the self hate,low self esteem, feeling of locking yourself away because of how the world treats your kind,the bullying,self harm etc so homophobes causes a huge chunk of everything queer people go through and I don't even want to start on religious grounds

Also, please read on the "born this way" concept, it's way complicated than it sounds,it doesn't mean one is born gay or straight,it means as you grow,you birth yourself due to the factors that influences development. Do you know that in a lot of countries, it's the other way round. Its gays that are now persecuting anyone that is against homosexuality. It's politically incorrect to say that you don't like homosexuality in some places. They have all the freedoms and privileges you can think of but their lives are still not better for it.

If there was any drug that kill as many people that homosexuality kills, it will be banned by every civilized society in the world. But people are still advocating for homosexuality. Does that make sense to you?
