Ok I bought a ticket from warri to lagos on 7/05/2022 but unfortunately the flight was cancelled by airpeace, for me not to miss my international flight I have to fine alternative way to lagos. The ticket costs 140k for me and my wife. But unfortunately airpeace said they will send me 95k instead of the 140k. This my second time of using them and this will be the last time of me using them. More over is their fault not mine. This is rubbery! i bought a ticket from Italy to nigeria the flight was cancelled they refund the whole of my money with apologies
but in nigeria the case is different! Nawaho even to refund the money self now problems! Does anyone have the same experience with them too?

Dear Valued Customer,

We are in receipt of your mail.

Kindly be informed that if your flight is cancelled, you are entitled to one free change and once it has been utilized, you will pay for the subsequent rescheduling.
And if you want to get refund, you will only get 75% of the ticket fare.
However, all Air Peace tickets are valid for one year from the original date of travel, passenger does have option of leaving the ticket open to be used in a later date on any of our domestic flights.
Please if refund is still preferred, this is the amount you will get. 75% of 140,000 = 105,000 - no show of 10,000 for both passengers = 95,000.

You can get your money back and more, involve a lawyer and see them run to pay exact refund rather than risk a court judgement and fine

Send them a mail and demand a full refund.

Call them out on social media.

Sue them and claim damages as well

Did they have this flight cancellation policy written anywhere before you purchased the ticket? ... on the website or anywhere? If not.... get a lawyer to sue them for refund .... and more. The lawyer can collect 75% of the and more as payment. 10K no show fees... highway robbery.

Read thier refund terms and conditions. They pay some certain task and some logistics for every booked ticket. Just read before you start wasting your time

They have lost another customer. Soon they will lose most of their customers. Maybe then, they will sit up.
