Added a CZ P-09 for CBQ for when playing in an abandoned German bunker. The rifle is quite heavy as it is an exact replica of a real gun so not very suitable cos of the weight.

Soldier work no be beans, running with the rifle alone will almost make you almost faint

MoD sponsored Inaugural Kenya Space Expo

Hon. Wamalwa exuded confidence that the expo had, to a great extent, achieved its intended objectives and had placed Kenya on the right trajectory to achieve the theme of “Leveraging Space Capabilities for National Development”.

He lauded the partnership between KSA and the South African National Space Agency (SANSA) in developing the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) project in an international effort to build the world’s largest radio astronomy observatory

After years of telling African countries not to build coal power plants and threatening them with sanctions Europe is now starting to use coal

I don't understand why African countries do whatever they are told by Europe instead of doing what is best for themselves - their people and economy

As in, it's so disappointing. I hope Nigeria's next president takes lessons from Xi Qingping and Vladimir Putin.

Look for this particular author., it a fun argument
Ukrainian TB-2 records itself being shot down by Russian SAM

The biggest victims of these revelations is the attack helicopter. We have always known them to be particularly vulnerable, but this war has shown just how vulnerable. Russians have lost a dozen or more Ka-52s, one of the most advanced attack helicopters in the world. These machines rely only flying close to treetop level to avoid detection, but this makes them vulnerable to MANPADs thanks to their speed and noise.

This is the cockpit footage of the Ka-52 that was shot down on day one of the war.

If there’s any class of equipment that this war has shown to be obsolete, it would be the attack helicopter. Its role is just better served by UAVs. The role of low altitude close air support is just too hazardous to be performed by human pilots.
Limitations on close air support means that traditional land-based artillery is still king of the battlefield. The war in the Donbas has devolved into a prolonged artillery duel, one that the Russians are winning handily thanks to their vast arsenal of tube and rocket artillery, nearly all of which is from the Soviet era.
The overarching lesson of this war is that fancy weapons don’t mean much if the other side also has them. Eventually, you will be fighting a war of attrition, one where quantity, and not quality, is the deciding factor.

True but we also have to note that circumstances are different in every war..

In this case it was basically Russia against Nato weaponry in Ukraine... We are talking about a Ukraine that is able to resupply and replenish weaponry every month.
If this was Nato against Ukraine, The US would have detroyed all air defences and air assets of the Ukraine on week one b4 enforcing a no fly zone over Ukraine airspace thereby mainitaining complete air dominace, then they would have put a blockade on Ukraine territory against getting any kind of military help from outside. And within a month Ukraine would have run out of military supplies, and any kind of replenishment within the territory would have been intercepted and destroyed by fighter jets in a moments notice...
If it had happened in Nato sytle fashion like this, the artlicles would be writing a different story and telling us that mordern conventional wars are determined by air superiority and not artlillery or tanks.

Good read.

One thing I notice is how ineffective tanks have become in this war when faced with antitank platform, in fact I think tanks have no place in this century.

The drones have also proven effective in engaging the enemy from a safe distance that will safe human resources, something an AH cannot do.

But the father of them all and one thing that can't be defeated is good strategy and tactics in war.

But it not about NATO support or not but lesson learnt from this war.

This is something people fail to keep understanding, look at us and vietnam war...... What make vietnam win?.... You think it was just that hot-blood or indomitable will; it accounted but not fully..... Soviets then helped them, you could even see soviets pilots and a lot of soviets weaponry which gave america is biggest stain till today. What I mean to say is to counter another big opponent, you need a big one to match him too; if not you will just be bulldozed over like in afghanistan and iran etc. Ukrainie had ran out of supplies and it's money from NATO and EU that is keeping their economy afloat; lets not even talk about weaponry etc which you can see that they have started to send any new weaponry to the frontlines immediately and we keep seeing evidences of their destruction. This alone supports my claim, nato is trying to play the same tactics of vietnam on russia and we will see how it goes;
