Hello good day everyone, i will like to share my very sad experience with those of us playing football bets that did not want to Give up, hoping to hit it big one day or those intending to join. This might be for you,who knows?

Let me start from here...
I placed a live bet which i saw that the home team is leading with 2.1 and its about to finish at the time of 86min. I placed 1x which is home win or draw and 1 which is straight win.
The game ended right in my present while following and watching the time of the match on my 1xbet app...saying 2:1. FINISHED.

I was like "opee oo, my game don enter, i don chop small pounds today and make i leave ham like that till tomorrow" then i was waiting for them (1xbet) to credit my account instantly, if not, ok, at least 5min.

After refreshing the app, closing and opening it for like more than 35min... Then i saw the shock of my life.
First thing i saw was RED, meaning the matches i placed which i use my korokoro eyes see say i won, and its say finished...was loss. That one no even pain me as i say make i check scores, na so i see say them don change 2:1 to 3:5 scores, i was like haaa... Wetin i dey see so Na this time i con reason say God Almighty wan really show me something.
I quickly checked some soccer sites to confirm what I saw but behold... It was 2:1 all through.

Then, i first sent a mail to them but as body dey do me and as my eyes don red i requested a call from them immediately. They called me, i told them my predicament, they said i should chat them up.
Below is my conversation with 1xbet customer service agent.

This is not the first time, stuffs like this is happening but i never bother to confirm then... Believe me after what happened today, then i saw that most of my loss tickets are won

Kindly read terms and conditions before you do anything with any company, we all don't always care to read which is wrong...it is illegal to deposit funds to your bet account with another person card or with another person bank account..so you have to provide all evidence to show the person truely authorize the transactions..just provide enough evidence they will refund you...I have similar encounter before

didn't quite get a reason of your complaint. you have received an explanation. everything is clear - the bet lost. there is no fault of bookie
