All that writeup and you left out that you're both AS.
Honesty is the best policy, neither can you deny science.

With both of you being AS, you've a 1/4 chance of having an AA child
but there exists no guarantee that any of the 3-kids you want to have, will be AA,
because they could all be SS, which is very dangerous and you don't want to take that chance.

To avoid stories that touch, it's best for you to end the relationship and find an AA individual to marry.
Your other options are IVF, or adoption, but having biological kids when both of you carry the sickle-cell gene
is a no-no.
