For your information, Federal Capital Territory was limited to Lagos Island and a few places on the mainland. No dey fool yourself with stupid references. Ikeja, for example, wasn't part of the FCT. The Ikeja and Apapa Industrial Estates were built by the Western Region. Those are the things that attract outsiders and investors to Lagos. Not derelict federal government buildings that have been mostly abandoned.
