Honestly, it was really insensitive for the seller to tell me to take it to a technician to fix it. I asked her, why would I be "fixing" a new inverter? Who would pay for the cost of the fixing? And what if it is beyond the simple soldering issue that you speaking of? But she kept evading all of my questions.

I am putting my dispute claim together now. My worry and confusion is:

- all my communications with her was on WhatsApp and not on the Alibaba chat app. Would that be a problem?

- how many invoices should I apply for the refund on? I have made up my mind to return the item if need be, so I am requesting for refund on the invoices that will amount to 35usd extra on the cost of the item. At least, that should cover my shipping cost to Nigeria and a significant percentage of my return cost back to China.

What are your thoughts?

I just downloaded the apk from apksure.com, I also transferred all Google services from my Xiaomi to this phone, also created an account on the phone like the way we have MI account on Xiaomi devices and all.
Only 2 apps still have its Chinese language mix which are useless to me that is the themes app and their app store. Every other thing I got in English 100% or English 95%(game space)
