The issue is that the boys information predating the international passport such as his BVN links and national identity info shows he is 22. So Ekweremadu's legal team only need to produce or subpoena his records to show that even before he met Ekweremadu, he had already stated his accurate age which I 22 years.

I want to believe that it is impossible for them to know the boy is a suitable donor if certain tests were not done to confirm he is a suitable match to be a donor, that would mean he knew the plan and consented to it only for him to get there and alert the authorities which makes him a suitable candidate for asylum... There must have been an agreement before he must have been taken. The young man's story has too many holes and he probably just saw an opportunity to get out of the country and he used it outsmarted the senator and is now trying to outsmart the UK authorities...
No sane person would just pick someone and they will be oblivious if what is going on after tests have been done no matter how ignorant they are.

You are making no sense at all here. The UK government is talking about the age because if he is truly 15, there is a child trafficking case involved. Also, if he is 15 then he is not of age to enter into any type of legally binding agreement with Ekweremadu family.

Also the immigration boss just stated that the passport was validly issued after verifying all relevant data: date of birth, state of origin, and citizenship. What more do you need to certify that the passport is authentic?

Even if the boy never had any intention, he might have met people on board the plane or in naija before travelling that gave him this Japa idea.

I met someone like that on board a flight to UK, though a Ghanaian, but his questions to me suggested he won’t return back on his visit visa and will do anything to take back in UK.

Ekeremadu is learned enough to know that the boy consenting to such operation isn’t enough, his first family will be contacted to give their consent as well. Even if the boy consent and the family decline, the operation won’t be carried out regardless the boy’s age
