My dear brother, I couldn't believe eating healthy foods and good exercise is what makes the skin glow not until it happened to me.
I got the opportunity to relocate to Dubai early this year and luckily for me I got a job within 3 weeks( I swear no be my power o, I don't just know how it happened so fast) in one of the 5-star hotels on Palm Jumeirah with just 8 hours working hour and a day off weekly compared to the killer 7-7 factory work we dey do for fatherland despite the fact that I didn't have a single hospitality experience but what really help me was that I rolled with people wey sabi road wey show me how to win oyinbo people mind without much stress.
To cut it short, immediately I got to Dubai, the foods I consume here is almost entirely different from what we eat in Nigeria, I worked and live under a fully maintained AC both at work and home. And suddenly, the unexpected transformation began, my entirely skin started to peel automatically and resulted to some rashes at the end but I was told it's due to change of environment and change in food.
I could remember my mama used to tell me that I was not really dark when I was a little boy because I noticed that even if I apply a Vaseline continuously for 2 weeks it will begin to tone my skin without no added effort by me.
In just 4 months I've been in Dubai now, I don dey turn oyoyo bobo to everyone's surprise.

I hate bleaching no doubt, and I can't advice anybody to engage in it cos it's never yield a good result.
I just wanna use this medium to tell my fellow nairalanders that looking freash and clean no be by Caro White o, I swear if you eat better food with better rest of mind, na then you go no say no be say u no fine na Naija situation make ur fish bend.

There is a worldwide shortage of organs available for transplantation and countries see organ trading as illegal except Iran. Brokers and criminal gangs are making big money out of the situation. One of the most commonly sold body organ is the kidney, since the human body has two kidneys and human can live with one. The trade thrives in under developing societies.

Despite the ban on human organ sale, the trade still persists. Studies show that about 45% transplanted organs are illegal. Poor people tend to likely be vulnerable due to they have bills and debts to settle. Many poor labourers who had before donated a kidney tends to be many times weak and it is usually not a good sign when doing a physically challenging job. About 96% of Indians sell their organs to pay debt.

Come on, millions of people, including me, also suffer from that same skin disease, why did we not make any attempt to bleach our skin?

About that "regular" oestrogen claim, he was given hormonal injections at age 13 to keep his voice high, Adults did that to him and that still contributed to his own adult problems, his fine natural hair and scalp got burnt while filming a commercial, and he fell and broke his nose during a rehearsal, did he cause those accidents?

Free the guy jare, he was a human being who lived a very difficult life and still managed to leave a lasting musical legacy, becoming a legend loved by millions of people irrespective of his skin condition and appearance.
