Your system (OS) may have be loaded with MBR file format instead of UEFI (which your system originally support)
so whenever your system shuts down unexpectedly, it will fail to boot
If you are an advance user, you might want to head to bios settings and locate boot option and turn off secure boot, and be sure legacy support is selected.
After which you reboot your system.
You may be prompt that your operating system settings have changed and you should enter a certain number and press enter

Try and open it and refix it. You maybe lucky.

your operating system is located on your device's system drive

when you get the message boot device not found, it can mean

1) the drive has failed
2) the drive has been dislodged/disconnected
3) something has messed up your operating systems boot information and the boot information is gone.

most likely it is one of the first two. if your os boot info is messed up you are likely to have repeated boot loops or crashes upon start

you are going to have to open up the laptop. if you are lucky, the drive just needs to be reseated.
if this doesnt work, you will need a hard drive case or an adapter to connect the drive to another pc to confirm its state.

if the drive is not seen, or if you hear a click click click sound, the drive is gone [this assumes it is an hdd]. if you hear a whining sound, the drive is gone [at least thats what happened when one of my cheape ssds failed]

if your drive is gone, you will have to buy a NEW drive. be very careful here, as pc village is full of jokers that sell heavily used drives as new.

you can consider buying a used SAMSUNG ssd though

to confirm the actual age/condition of a drive, you need crystal disk info

if you are not tech savy, you may be in for a world of pain

try accessing the BIOS. f10 maybe. If its in UEFI boot, change to LEGACY BOOT. If this doesn't solve your problem, them you've got to install new windows OS.

If there was an OS init before, then follow instructions above.
Next time, if your PC Windows ain't authentic, totally disable windows update. It'll result to this. crashing your PC

1. Your hard drive is not being recognized by the system
2. The hard drive has no operating system (windows)

Take the laptop to the nearest repair man. It won't cost pass 3k

Its either Hard Disk connector cable or hard drive. Cant say whether the spectre series connect via cable or directly to motherboard. If they connect directly to the board, then sorry your hard drive is kaput. And irs not an OS issue either.

press f2 and go to bios setting. Click on boot order. In the pop up window, check if the legacy boot is enable. If yes, disable it and enable the secure boot. Press f10 to save and exit. The next window will bring out 4 codes. Something like this:3502+enter. You will press the code and click enter. If no code was displayed, click enter directly. Mention me if it works.

Dude, you can still manage it.
Restart the system, allow it to finish booting and strike F10 (some systems has it as F12) to go to the system settings. The key thing is to locate the LEGACY SUPPORT settings and check ENABLE, then save. When you have saved, the system will give a couple of digits that you will input at he start up dialogue box later (endeavour to write it down). P.S. You can navigate the settings using the arrow keys.

this is not a RAM issue sir but bootable flies has been corrupted or its was shifted open the hard drive space and check thank me later

You need to relax. If it was a bad ram/processor, the PC will not even post not to talk of getting here.

It is either you have a bad HDD or the boot options in your BIOS is not properly set.

Boot device not found: here is the solution, it could be that the hard drive is bad and needs to be replaced or the bios setup have to be configured to boot from legacy support.
