It looks nice, personally I love my beans simple, just like ukwa that doesn't need too much ceremony, beans is already an heavy food , adding more ingredients makes it looks too busy.

Beans - 4 cups
Medium sized carrots - 2 pieces
Medium sized Cabbage - 1/4 piece
Boneless Chicken Breast - Quantity as preferred
Plantain - 2 pieces
Fresh Tomatoes - 5 pieces
Onion - 1 bulb
Garlic - 3 cloves (big sized)
Vegetable Oil - 125 ml (1/2 cup)
Seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon

I try this same stuff once but i didn't put the carrot, omo if you eat like 3 more times u go fart mess infront of your elders

God forbid this kind of delicacy, beans has natural sweetness I cook beans with oil, salt, onion, pepper sometimes crayfish yet still delicious.

I think we are over experimenting things here.

There is a remedy for it. I noticed over time that garlic helps to reduce flatulence and bloating after eating beans. So have no fear, this particular beans meal will not trouble you

That's my fear with beans, 2-3days after eating na purging

Carrot and green beans with green pepper is really sweet inside beans . I am sure with cabbage won’t be that bad . Just try new things in the kitchen you be marveled of its sweet delicacy

Vegetable oil, chicken breasts, curry/thyme, cabbage, and yeah, carrot...

Beans need to be soften when cooked. I don't see the need for carrot and cabbage but that's not to condemn her style. There's no one-size-fits-all approach to cooking.
