Now to your perjury claim, I want to believe you’re well aware that perjury is a criminal offense and as such, it is only a court of competent jurisdiction that can make such a pronouncement and not social media jurist and obituarist.

In case you have forgotten, a certain Dr. Dominic Adegbola sued Tinubu in 2013 for this same forgery and perjury you’re talking about and the court promptly dismissed the case. That statement proved that Tinubu really attended schools upto a degree even outside the country. He may not be able to present them probably for circumstances beyond his control. He only need to provide affidavit to cover for them. It's now INEC headache to start contacting the institutions he listed to verify if he really attended their schools. Like I've said before, both him and Atiku attended schools and if you don't like any of them to be your next president go get your PVC and vote against them, it's the only wayyyyyyyyyy!!!!

Story. That is like telling your company to go and prove that you went to a particular school. From the statement from Chicago State University, it is up to the person to get the documents. INEC can not compel the school to give them proof of the previous admission.

Unfortunately for you, the Nigerian Constitution only requires evidence of school cert or above for presidential candiadates, a university degree is certainly above school cert hence INEC does not have a choice but to accept.
