You call them excuses,i call them waiting for a verdict to be passed in court after series of tests,trials and proof findings, before calling The Accused a Rapist.
Y'all are just too emotional and quick to pass social media judgement on anyone who is Accused of assaulting a woman.

And women are not the ones who punish rapists,are you living on another planet

Lol... So even after the offender has bern caught by the police, saying the woman deserved to be raped cause she "denied him sex" or "wore something revealing" makes sense to you?

Literally nobody says any of these things the way you just said it.
No man has or will ever say women who wear revealing clothes deserve to be raped,what they say however,is There are certain things common sense will tell you to do in order to avoid trouble.
You don't go in enemy territory unarmed and not expect to be Attached. Using this same logic,as a woman you know that men are attracted by what they see in a woman,so if you dress half naked and walk by a lonely bush path were Drunk or bad men are,you are likely to get assaulted because they are aroused by your protruding breasts and open thighs.
Common sense says Avoid trouble however you can.
Now before you say don't men also rape babies and clothed women too,you are more likely to be raped dressing half naked passing by a lonely bush path than a well dressed old woman passing by that same road.
