The guy was asking what type of agent does he have ,so I was thinking maybe the agent has done something wrong

oga this has to do with individual difference and desire. the main thing here is that nacho have achieved one of the most important thing for his life after football. if truly leicester wish to discard him he can gladly move to another league bearing in mind that he has achieved alot in the UK by acquiring tons of money and a British passport

mikel at a point in his early days at chelsea had the opportunity to move to another league for more playing time but stayed put in England in order to get a British passport which he achieved and currently reaping the dividends. atleast his family is settled for life

alot of african footballers mostly those from english speaking countries remain in the uk after their career because they stand to get better opportunities after retirement and will only come home if nothing tangible is on the table for them

the likes of mikel, osaze, aiyegbeni, yaya, kolo, olofinjana, kanu and few others are all British citizens and remain there after their footballing career working for clubs as well as running their personal businesses, even few went back to school

and who told you that osimehn doesnt want toi leave italy for engand? if napoli will accept what have been offered to them by english clubs osimehn will gladly board a flight to england without hesitation

ndidi studying to get a degree at de montfort university is also in line with my disposition. he is doing that to prepare for his retirement and that will afford him more time and critieria to easily get a British passport

olayinka being an albanian citizen is because thaat was his first stop as a professional in europe and he spent much time in the country before moving to main stream europe. moreover you can't compare the albanian passport to to that of britain

drDoom3:

So players from poorer countries that are developing their game instead of hustling for citizenship don't know what they're doing abi?

Ndidi in the same club is about to get a degree from De Montfort University, but you won't hear anything about it. Peter Olayinka is an Albanian citizen, you won't know. It doesn't stop their game, their development etc. Imagine you hear news that Arsenal is interested in Osimhen, but he doesn't want to leave Italy because he wants to get their citizenship, you'll just laugh.

It is important to plan for life after football but I personally think Nacho's method is not the best. If you are confident in your abilities and personality beyond football, you won't need to chase those things, they will chase you. Albania rushed to give Olayinka citizenship so they could cap tie him, he still rejected it at the end because of the passion for his country and also his career development. That is the trademark of a player who wants to be a world beater. As the Bible says, seek ye first...

Wetin consign agent and transfer fee wey Leicester wan collect ?
I think he means that a sharp agent should be able to run the deal quickly because at 10 million getting KC for that price would be an absolute steal

I mean: if a player with such quality is this cheap, why can't the agent market him?

baba there is life after footballing career and I think him remaining in England to secure citizenship is a good move

He can remain in the Uk and work with clubs or operate businesses after his career is over

The realistic thing about citizenship is that if his career ends today because of his stalling, there will be not enough money to live in UK.

And life in football after retirement for blacks in Europe is not so straightforward.

learnt besiktas are interested also. Dynamo Zagreb will be a better option for him

I'm not sure about Besiktas, the reports came after his brace against Fenerbahce, so might be rumours.

But Zagreb have already had a bid rejected, while Giresunspor have been monitoring him for months.

He is also likely to change agents in the next few days. Was approached by many agents including Sergej Milinković-Savić's agent who was present in the friendly versus Fenerbahce.

Shkupi bought him for 2500 and want 2M. They used the same strategy for the player who Adetunji replaced.

Maduka is working really hard this off season to ensure he becomes the undisputed first choice for Watford, and also to come back really stronger. Best wishes to him. He has dried up and his face full of veins chai

 Transfer News. Done deal.

Mohammed Musa (Nigeria U17 2013 skipper) has completed a switch to FK Sarajevo in the Bosnian Premier League on a free transfer.

The defender returns to Bosnia where he featured for Zeljeznicar Sarajevo in 2017.

Cadet football and senior football are worlds apart. I'm pretty sure if we check the squads of various nations that played in the FIFA U17 WC barely 25-30% would have gone on to have great football careers.

Ejuke will not leave Russia this summer.

The most surprising decision of this window still remains this. Wasn't getting gametime and can't even leave Russia because would be difficult to reenter.

The world's third best dribbler and settling for less.

You're right. Osimehn, Chuks, Nacho,Awoniyi .....
Funny enough, those who couldn't make the first team then or the final squad see to make a great career than the main guys.

True. But if he can manage to get playing time, playing for a team like Brighton will really improve his game and decision making than remaining in French league.

Simon isn't at an age where managing to get playing time is a priority.

He has tasted silverware and popularity with Nantes. It can only go up from there
