I would suggest, you take stock of the situation, note what you guys have done so far, what you or your doctor think is the issue, what you think needs to be done...and then follow thru.in addition to prayers
Having a plan during ttc, helps a lot, gives focus and gives you something to do.

If you are willing, we can run tru the process with you. Eg

Tubes----- open or closed, when was your last hsg
Sperm----- good or poor, when was the last sfa and values.

Uterine linning---- good or poor, when was your last follicular tracking?, How thick was your linning
Ovulation-----+ do you ovulate normally?, What is your cycle length.

Etc

Last cycle I used letrozole 7.5mg and carbergoline for high prolactin. Follicles were seen and I was told I ovulated, but I didn't get pregnant.

Ma'am don't just assume ur DH sperm is good cos he has other children, a lot of things like infection and our diet can affect a man Sperm quality without even him knowing so let hubby go for SFA. I know there are some food that can help with ovulation try and google them, the Lord will bless your womb soon ijn

I am 38 years plus ,husband not in Nigeria, but always home once in a year for 21days . I do have pains around my right pelvic region, I went to hospital the doctor recommend scan I did. He wasn't satisfied with the result refer me to another clinic.
The result came out the same.
He was suspecting PID. But it wasn't, nothing was seen.
But I'm still in pains and yet to be pregnant. Though I know it's too early as we just clock 4 months.

The only time the pain cease is when I'm on my period.

Hello amazing people, im new here i just started reading through this thread and ive learnt a whole lot already, everyone is doing an amazing job here. I have a question to ask but before that let me share a bit of my experience and journey. I had concieved in Oct 2020 same month i got married, had a smooth pregnancy journey, carried to term and birthed the most beautiful boy i had ever seen via cs only to loose him 2 days after to congenital heart disease. I was heart broken, i had lost my dad a year before and hadnt gotten over it. This one crushed me, my bp was all over the place and eventually rose to the point where i could barely see but God showed Himself strong in my life. I am doing okay but DH and I can never forget, we still cry about it sometimes. It was especially difficult for me cos he was a spitting image of his father so i am reminded of it everyday.

We have been trying since december last year cos we had to wait for me to heal proper. I am getting worried and want to try out ivf cos our doctor placed me on clomid since january and still nothing. DH thinks its anxiety on my part but i dont buy that. Might i add that i will turn 42 in dec. I wish i came here much earlier but i had alot on my plate and i dont want to be too hard on myself. Infact the day b4 yesterday was his heavenly birthday and today marks a year since he left to be with God. Iam happy to say that GOD has wiped my tears completely. I am approaching the end of my 1st trimester. At the time i made my first post here i was pregnant, i had purchased 2 of the drugs recommended here for boosting egg quality already but didnt take them cos i had a bad bout of diarhhea and my sense of smell became heightened that i had to go take a test. My doctor gave me a progesterone injection at 5 weeks and requested i do a trans vaginal scan days back, Baby is doing fine. I didnt take the supplements but i did take folic acid, vit c for over 6 months and i frequently consumed ewedu for about 2 months and my doctor placed me on clomid for 2 cycles. I stopped cos it was making me too dry down there. DH and i resorted to billings method, monitoring my pap and egg white and we PRAYED!!!
My husband is a devout Marian and believes in the intercessions and prayers of our Mother Of Perpetual Help. I prayed the NOVENA in the month of may for the first time since my loss and my Mother answered. I also join the NSPPD morning prayers whenever i can.

I pray that the God that answers prayers, wipes away tears, distributes miracles meet each and every woman ttc on this forum at the point of their needs. I declare your womb open to receive your miracle babies. Please pray for me too. God bless you all through and through.

Try and note the exact time you do have this pain. I know I have this type of pain when am ovulating, after ovulation , it stops. Also needs to be sure it is not fibroid. Check with another Lab to get a second opinion. Big Huggf

I'll advise you go for hyteroscopy or laparoscopy because I also had the same experience last year when the radiologist couldn't push thru during Hsg because of adhesion & he advice I see my gynecologist for hyteroscopy which I did & both hyteroscopy & laparoscopy was performed 2remove the adhesion. After 6months post surgery I went for Hsg & my tubes were outlined & no Regrow of adhesion. I dreaded surgery to remove d adhesion because of Regrow. I took a short cut of doing ijaw massage plu other tings which later caused me more damages. At the end of d day I still went for d surgery . So pls don't be discouraged. Ttc is a monster & you must not give up until you carry your bundles of joy. Cheer up dear
