At this stage in Nigeria, we should be tracking returns on infrastructural projects rather than blindly building roads, bridges etc.

Yes, bridges, roads etc must be built but when the people are so poor, is it of any use to them?

What about enabling a safe environment where you can sleep, work and carry out your business without fear for your life.

What about the place of sound education (I'm not talking about school structures or salary payments now)?

It is not a problem caused by the state government...the influx of people into Lagos is her biggest challenge, facilities are stretched thin.

How is Abuja - Kaduna road?
How is the security level in Kaduna?

That is the issue: what is the essence of fair infrastructural development when there is insecurity.

Who should use the infrastructure? Citizens or terrorists and bandicts?

One of the reason why some hate El_rufai no matter his effort is that, they have built their hatred on religion ground, no matter his effort, no matter his groundbreaking progress, they can't love him even if they know he performed bigger than their own State governor.
