I am sure Soludo did not order them to do that. Overzealous officers are always found in matters like this.

However, the Anambra state government must be commended for implementing actions irrespective of whose ox is gored.

If this country must move forward, the leader must be ready to step on toes. Every illegal structure, be it a church or mosque, should be pulled down without fear or favour.

Although I am not Odumeje's fan but our government have to be doing a better job during the building approval process.

They will charge you filing fee, processing fee, charting fee, permit fee, fencing fee, because we can fee, what can you do fee, that fee and the other fee plus a brown envelope you will use to push your approval.

After all these payments they will approve your plan and then few years later the same government will come around and say you built an illegal structure.

Don't the government supposed to have s master plan? During the approval process, the y should have identified issues with the said building.

There's no way this house was built without government agency knowing the house was being built in a big metropolis like Onitsha.

They government need to do better.. they should be doing the job they are supposed to do not always focusing on how much money they will get from a potential landlord.

Don't be too quick to judge the church has been marked for demolition under Obiano govt.. ordinary no one will beat him if he wasn't resisting them, can't you see his actions from the video..if he had cooperated with them it won't make news like this..
