1: Was Yusuf Datti Baba - Ahmed a Senator? The answer is NO. In the eyes of the law, he was never a Senator as court found out he rigged his election under Buhari’s CPC as per Kaduna North Senatorial district. The court was very heavy on him describing that election as corrupt.


2:Is Baba Ahmed a member of House of Reps? Yes he was. He represented Zaria Federal Constituency under Buhari’s wave of ANPP. He followed Buhari again to join Congress for Progressive Change (CPC). He has been under the shadow of Buhari to win election.

3: He left CPC for PDP, he ran unsuccessful PDP Presidential campaign in 2019. He chickened out. So,from PDP Presidential to contest local 2022 Kaduna State PDP Guber primaries, as usual, he saw handwriting & withdrew. He has never won any stand alone without Buhari’s support


4: When he was in the Senate ILLEGALLY, he raised an issue on HOMOSEXUALITY. He said openly that GAY people should be KILLED. In his words “such elements in society should be killed”. How do you situate his extreme/ dangerous view viz a viz human rights. Condemn as you did b4.

5: when he was an ILLEGAL SENATOR & after the court judgement, he did not return salaries and allowances he collected when the original owner, Senator Makarfi was at home. He should credit TSA as a sign of integrity. We need that money to fix Our roads.

6: Twitter was hard on Buhari’s statement when he lost election as well as Pantami. So, Twitter should demand the same standard from Yusuf Datti Baba- Ahmed. May be he is our own, he can’t be wrong. Anyway, No Buhari, nothing for Baba - Ahmed. Happy Eid Mubarak guys

Yusuf Datti was sacked by election tribunal as a sitting senator for rigging election under the platform of CPC and was rightly replaced by Senator Ahmed Makarfi of the PDP. Shortly after, he defected to PDP where he was a member until recently when he decamped to Labour party as the VP to Obi who was also until recently a member and Vice Presidential candidate of the PDP. Both men were cut from the same old corrupt system but disguising as a new wine in an old skin.
