It is better to collect it and at this point, tell ur parents the truth. They should be thankful to God that you finally have something to present to them.
Nysc is not just overrated BS, it has turned to another scam medium the useless government now uses to distract the attention of youths from their filthy act, at least for a year.

The major thing is to thank ur stars u were able to graduate despite the challenges, most people in ur shoes don't have such opportunity. That director is ur benefactor.

I have been in NL for over five years now I just open this new Monika for the purpose of this post.
I'm a young man of 25yrs. I got admission in one of the popular Nigeria university in the year 2012, in 2014 I had disagreement with invigilator during my first semester exam that lead us to school panel, after much deliberation I was expelled.
As at that period, the director of part-time program was my intimate friends he advised me to register for part-time program instead of me to inform my parents or wast time applying for another jamb, though he assured me that I will participate in Nysc after graduation. I graduated from the uni in 2019 through part-time, now they has another director in the program and the only options is exclusion letter, they insisted that part-time graduate don't serve. My challenges now is that my parents doesn't know that I graduated through part-time, they are very worried why it's taking time for me to go for Nysc.
Beside, I'm doing business now but my parents is very influencial they will deny me some opportunities if I don't serve and considering my young age I really want to go for service, the exclusion is out of my mind. I will appreciatee if anyone can Link me on how to go for Nysc whatever it cost I will pay.

Part time don't go for service. Nothing can be done. Open up to your parents, heaven will not fall. They may have a solution. No dey assume negative things.
