Religion was never discussed back then but today it is a major factor (partly why SW created Amateko state security). So, what’s wrong with a one-party government then? China seems to be doing quite well without all this multi-party democratic nonsense. You said he has masters, yet same masters cannot push him out of a position they obviously wanted for Ahmed Lawan.

Now back to the case of competence. Competence knows No tribe or religion, Shettima has shown his capacity and is intelligence to the public, at the same time he will be able to deliver the needed religiously Homogenous Nothern votes who will see him as their representative. Tinubu remains a southerner with love from both religion in a major region in the south. Its a win win for him.

Managing a state like Borno under heavy attack from terrorist even shows the kind of leader he is.

You fools claimed buhari was a boko haram member in 2015, now he is finishing his second term. Keep on the good work, you will need more of it when Tinubu starts campaigning for re election.
